You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.

For the refund we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If, during the ordering process, you expressly agreed that we begin providing the digital content or services before the withdrawal period expires and you confirmed at the same time that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so, the right of withdrawal expires when performance begins.

This applies in particular to immediate access to digital platform features (e.g., use of pro functions, data analytics, or AI evaluations).
