This privacy notice covers all schemapath web and mobile products.
It explains how we collect, protect, and use personal data to operate the service.
Data Collection and Use
Account data, therapy-related entries, and support information are processed to deliver the platform and optional AI summaries.
Infrastructure, storage, and analytics remain within the EU/EEA. No data is transferred outside the EU without an additional agreement.
Security logs are retained to prevent abuse and maintain availability.
User Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR).
Withdraw consent at any time by writing to legal@schemapath.com.
Complaints can be submitted to the Hessian Data Protection Authority.
